Free Digital Zone respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects its visitors to do the same. This page explains our copyright policy, how to report alleged infringement, and how we handle counter-notices.

We take copyright seriously. Although Free Digital Zone publishes only original articles and guides, we recognize that mistakes can happen. If you believe your copyrighted work has been used on this site without permission, please follow the process below so we can investigate and act promptly.

1. Our Content

Original articles, guides, and other content published on Free Digital Zone belong to the site unless stated otherwise. We create our own tutorials, reviews, and resource lists from scratch.

We do not host files for download, and we do not distribute paid software, paid courses, or bundled content. When we mention third-party tools or resources, we link to their official websites rather than reproducing their materials.

2. Reporting Copyright Infringement

If you believe that material on this website infringes your copyright, you may send us a notice. To help us act quickly, please include all of the following information:

  • Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed, including where it was originally published if available.
  • The exact URL on our site where the allegedly infringing material appears, so we can locate it without delay.
  • Your full name and contact information, including an email address or phone number where we can reach you.
  • A statement that you have a good-faith belief that the disputed use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
  • A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in your notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act on the copyright owner’s behalf.
  • Your physical or electronic signature.

Notices that are incomplete or unclear may take longer to process. Providing all six items above helps us resolve your complaint as fast as possible, usually within a few business days.

3. How We Handle Notices

When we receive a valid infringement notice, we review the identified material promptly. If we confirm that the content infringes or is likely to infringe, we will remove or disable access to it. We may also notify the person who provided the material, if applicable, and keep a record of the complaint for our files.

4. Counter-Notice

If material you are responsible for was removed following a complaint and you believe the removal was a mistake or misidentification, you may send a counter-notice. Your counter-notice should include:

  • Identification of the material that was removed and the URL where it previously appeared.
  • A statement, under penalty of perjury, that you have a good-faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification.
  • Your name, address, and contact information, and a statement consenting to the jurisdiction of your local courts.
  • Your physical or electronic signature.

We review counter-notices fairly. If a valid counter-notice is received, we may restore the material unless the original complainant takes further action within a reasonable period.

5. Repeat Infringers

We respect copyright and expect our visitors to do the same. We may, at our discretion, remove content and restrict or terminate access for visitors who repeatedly post or share infringing material. Repeat violations are taken seriously and may result in permanent loss of access to interactive features of the site.

6. Contact
